Why we started
Devine Lee Healthcare Services was born from personal experience. Our founder watched a close family member struggle to find consistent, trustworthy care — carers who turned up on time, who remembered the little things, and who treated their loved one as a person rather than a task on a list.
That experience made one thing clear: the care sector needed providers who led with empathy first. So we built Devine Lee around the values we wished we'd found — reliability, warmth, and a genuine commitment to the people in our care.
Today we support families across the region, helping elderly and vulnerable adults live comfortably and confidently at home. Every carer we place shares our values, and every care plan we write is built around the individual — not a template.

Leah Drill is the Service Manager and Director of DEVINELEE Healthcare, bringing over 16 years of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse/Community Practitioner, alongside a wealth of expertise across the healthcare sector. With a strong clinical background and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, Leah founded DEVINELEE Healthcare with a clear vision: to raise the standard of home care and provide families with the reassurance, dignity and peace of mind they deserve. Throughout her extensive nursing career, Leah has gained a broad range of experience supporting individuals with complex needs. Her clinical expertise is complemented by strong leadership, effective risk management, safeguarding awareness and a commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork. As a Registered Clinical Practitioner and experienced healthcare professional, Leah is passionate about ensuring that every individual receives care tailored to their unique needs, preferences and circumstances. Leah’s vision is simple: to provide the standard of care she would want for her own loved ones—compassionate, respectful, person-centred and delivered with excellence.

Sandra brings over a decade of care coordination experience. She oversees every care plan and is the first point of contact for families with questions or concerns.
